CHost Refund Policy

At CHost, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact our support team. We will make every effort to resolve the issue. If the problem can not be fixed and you remain unsatisfied, we will issue a full refund. To submit a refund request the issue must be related to our service, comply with our Terms of Service without any violations, and be filed within 5 days of purchase.

Account Cancellation

To cancel your account, please submit a request from the registered email address of the account holder. We do not accept cancellation requests via phone or live chat.

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction, and are typically completed within 7 working days.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances:

  • Domain names (.COM, .NET, .ORG, and others)
  • Domain Transfer fees
  • VPS or Dedicated servers
  • Software and other licenses
  • Any Account credit on your account can not be refunded or withdrawn
  • Payment gateway charges (these fees are non-refundable in all cases)
  • Any service violating our Terms of Service
