Refund Policy

1. Eligible Hosting Refunds
New shared hosting purchases may be considered for a refund when a written request is submitted within 7 calendar days of first activation. Approval depends on service usage, policy compliance and whether third-party costs were incurred.
2. Non-refundable Services
- Domain registration, renewal, transfer and redemption charges
- VPS setup, consumed resources, dedicated IP addresses and licenses
- SSL certificates, business email licenses and third-party products
- Migration work already completed and promotional or discounted renewals
3. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment channel. Processing time may depend on UddoktaPay, the selected bank or mobile financial service. Transaction charges already consumed by a provider may be deducted where permitted.
4. Exclusions
Refunds are not available for abuse, spam, prohibited content, security violations, chargebacks, excessive resource usage, suspended accounts or breaches of the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Requesting a Refund
Email support@chostbd.com with the invoice number, service name and reason for the request. CHostbd may request identity or payment verification before processing.
