Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By ordering or using a CHostbd service, the customer agrees to these terms, the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use requirements.
2. Accounts and Payments
Customers must provide accurate information and protect account credentials. Services may be activated after verified payment. Renewal invoices must be paid before the due date to avoid suspension or expiry.
3. Domains and Third-party Services
Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration completes. Registry, registrar and third-party rules also apply. Customers are responsible for correct contact information and timely renewal.
4. Acceptable Use
Spam, phishing, malware, fraud, unlawful content, unauthorized access, copyright abuse and activity that threatens infrastructure or other customers are prohibited.
5. Suspension and Termination
CHostbd may restrict or suspend a service for non-payment, security risk, abuse, legal requirements or policy violations. Reasonable notice will be provided when circumstances allow.
6. Service Availability
CHostbd works to maintain reliable service, but scheduled maintenance, upstream failures and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
